Lent Series - Day 12 - Will

Today's reflection is on...

Will

Today is Tuesday the 12th day of Lent.
This is entry number 14 in this series.

Today we look at the spiritual power of WILL

Gently start your day with several deep breaths and eyes closed for a few moments. Let these words be the words of your heart this morning, breathing deeply state 'I Am calm and serene, tranquility washes over me and I Am at peace. May God's will be done in my life today. I release all concern, all worry, all doubt. Through God, with God and In God, I Am all that I need and I have all that I need. Thank you God!

If we would sit long enough in the silence visiting the secret place within, we would come to the realization and an absolute knowing that beneath our dark veil is an Inner Presence, the Holy Spirit of Life, that actually lives us and breathes us. As we we shed the unreal and live from this union with our Inner Source, doubts, fears and the illusions of limitations dissolve and fall to nothingness like our shadows do as we turn to face the Light.

The Holy Spirit of Divine Life, Love and Wisdom is our innate essence. As we glorify all that is good, all that is God, we should also glorify the Divine Brilliance we are. Let us strive in every moment to live from this Truth of our Beingness, aligning our will with good,  in every thought, word and action, with profound gratitude for the gift of this Divine Expression that we call our life. - Stephen J. Kosmyna

I affirm: "The will of God is uppermost in my consciousness, and I am glorified in my understanding."  - Charles Fillmore

The Scripture reading that Charles Fillmore suggests for today can be found right here: John 1:1-18

In his classic work Keep a True Lent, Charles Fillmore offers daily words of inspiration to reflect on as we move ourselves towards our own resurrection day and the glorious celebration of Easter Sunday and all the newness of Life that it holds for all of us.
