Lent Series - Day 29 - Patience

Today's reflection is on...

Patience

Today is the 29th day in Lent.
This is entry number 34 in this series.

Today we look at Patience...

"The word for today is Patience so let's look to that center of calm and peace; that axis of spiritual consciousness from where we can be poised and in control in trying situations and circumstances.

We can make a choice not to react from ego and personality when the world around us appears to not be cooperating at the speed or in the manner that we would prefer. Instead, be in the moment - conscious of your attitude, knowing there is and eye of peace and calm, even in the storm that circles about you.

Here in the center, resting in the Light of the Divine Presence within you; time will move at a different pace, the storm will soon pass and you'll soon be standing at the foot of your very own rainbow of tranquility."

Affirm: "From my Divine center of peace and tranquility my prosperity is assured. My abundance rises from within and I witness the divine flow of good in my life delivering the desires of my heart in perfect divine order. Thank you God

- Stephen J. Kosmyna

I affirm: "The serene, calm trustful Spirit now accomplishes all the desires of my heart. I rest in peace." - Charles Fillmore

The Scripture reading that Charles Fillmore suggests for today can be found right here: Hebrews 11:17-40 and Hebrews 12:1-6

In his classic work Keep a True Lent, Charles Fillmore offers daily words of inspiration to reflect on as we move ourselves towards our own resurrection day and the glorious celebration of Easter Sunday and all the newness of Life that it holds for all of us.
